Is equipment hire included in the rates for on-site work?
Equipment hire for on-site work is not included in the rates above and should be agreed upon separately by LIVE IT and the client. The details on equipment hire will be agreed upon after consultation with the client.

How are hours spent determined and reported?
We make use of time-logging software to keep track of hours spent on our clients, so we can guarantee all hours are accounted for and breakdowns of tasks are available at a moment’s notice.
Is travel and accommodation included in the on-site work services?
Travel and accommodation expenses for on-site work are not included in the rates above and should be agreed upon separately by LIVE IT and the client. The details on travel and accommodation expenses will be agreed upon after consultation with the client.
What services are included in each tier of the packages?
The packages determine the number of hours available to you. Any service is available in any package, but some services will require a set minimum number of hours and thus a certain package. Larger packages will enable you to choose multiple services.
